Product & application

Peeling removes an outer surface layer. Straightening, grinding or inspection requirements may vary with the specified dimensions and finish. The proposed supply condition is checked against your final machining allowance, permissible surface defects and required inspections.

Grades and forms are inquiry examples. Inventory, availability, dimensions, quantity, inspections and lead time are confirmed at quotation.

JIS names are used as a reference. They do not automatically establish equivalence to other standards or certification. Agree the applicable standard, edition and product requirements before ordering.

H steels are structural steels supplied with a guaranteed hardenability band (Jominy test) under JIS G 4052 (KS D 3754 equivalent), used for gears, shafts and other parts that need consistent heat-treatment response.
